3 Q: What are the advantages of Hardigg cases from Cases-Cases?
A:Hardigg cases are rotationally molded utilizing a special formulation of virgin polyethylene. Hardigg rotationally molded cases have high impact strength and outstanding resistance to high and low temperatures. The cases are water and air tight and resistant to abrasion, solvents, chemicals and sun. Rotationally molded cases are thicker in the corners where the case takes the most abuse. All hardware on Hardigg cases is recessed for protection. Cases-Cases can provide Hardigg cases fast and at highly competitive prices.

A:ead time on standard workstation, laptop, monitor, rolling cart, and stock shipping cases is generally 1 to 3 days. Lead time on standard rackmount cases is typically 2 to 4 weeks ARO. 8 Q: What are Cases-Cases return and cancellation policies?
A:Cancellation charges range from a minimum of $25 to a maximum of 100% depending on the nature of the cases ordered and the extent of fabrications. Return charges range from a minimum of $25 to a maximum of 100% based on case purchased, the level of customization, Cases-Cases ability to resell the case and if a replacement case was purchased.

9 Q: What kind of warranty is included on purchases?
A:Warranty for all of our cases is 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship. Cases-Cases shall repair any part, component or case or refund the purchase price for the products which fail during the warranty period. The buyer must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning the product. In the event that Cases-Cases determines that the product is not defective, the buyer shall pay all costs of transportation and repairs or replacement at current rates. The warranty does not cover any damage to the cases due to misuse, alteration, or lack of maintenance. The warranty does not cover deterioration based on normal use and exposure.
